Products & Orders

• All products are handmade to order. Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from product photos due to screen display and the handmade nature of each set.
• We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, and to refuse any order at our discretion.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

Sizing & Custom Measurements

Many of our products are made to the measurements you provide at checkout. It's your responsibility to submit accurate measurements using our size guide. Sizing issues are handled under our separate Return & Exchange Policy, not through a standard return.

Pricing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its partners. We do not store your full payment card details. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may not include duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally, including to the US, UK, and EU. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

• EU orders — VAT is built directly into the displayed product price, so the price you see already includes it.
• US orders — duties and taxes are calculated and shown as a separate line item at checkout.

For all other countries, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
