Order Processing Time

Production begins once payment is confirmed. Processing time depends on the collection:

• Essential Collection — 2–4 business days
• Special Collection — 5–7 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotions.

Estimated Delivery Time

This is shipping time only and does not include processing/production time above. Once your order ships, estimated delivery is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Order & Shipping Confirmation

• You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout.
• Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

Shipping Delays

Donailsart is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

• Customs inspections or clearance delays
• Local courier issues
• Weather conditions or logistical disruptions

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

Donailsart ships internationally. Due to recent changes in import tax regulations and requirements from our shipping carrier, duties and taxes for orders shipping to the EU and US are now collected upfront at checkout, so there should be no additional charges on delivery for these regions.

• EU orders — VAT is built directly into the displayed product price, so the price you see already includes it.
• US orders — duties and taxes are calculated and shown as a separate line item at checkout.

For all other countries, buyers remain solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees charged by local customs authorities or couriers upon delivery. We're unable to estimate or pre-collect these fees for regions outside the EU and US.
