All Donailsart products are made to order. Production begins after payment confirmation.
- Essential Collection: 2–4 business days
- Special Collection: 5–7 business days
Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.
Estimated Delivery Time (Shipping Only)
Estimated delivery time does not include order processing or production time.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, the estimated shipping time is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Delivery Address

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

- Local courier issues
- Weather conditions or logistical disruptions
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
Donailsart ships internationally.
Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees charged by local customs authorities or couriers upon delivery.
We are unable to estimate or pre-collect these fees.
