Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons and the made-to-order nature of our press-on nails, we do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, or requests for different styles or sizes once an order has been placed.
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us at support@donailsart.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Return Eligibility (Seller Error Only)
Returns are only accepted in cases of seller error and must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received
  • All toolkit items are included
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
