Return & Exchange Policy

Every set is handmade to order. Here's exactly what to expect if something's off — sizing, shipping damage, or an EU cancellation.

Change of Mind

For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind, dislike the design, or want a different style after your order arrives. Check the product details and size guide closely before checkout.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Send photos or a short video — it speeds up the review.
  • Every case is reviewed individually to find the right fix.

Size Correction Policy

Each set is made to your personal measurements, so sizing issues are handled a bit differently than a standard exchange:

  • No direct refunds for sizing — we'll help you place a new order with the correct measurements, at 10% off the replacement.
  • Only 2–3 nails off? No need to reorder the full set — we'll remake just those pieces and ship them with your next order.
  • Message our support team to confirm measurements before reordering.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If your order ships within the EU, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving it, under EU consumer protection law.

Not covered Products made to your custom measurements, items with a broken hygiene seal, or products that have been used, damaged, or arrive missing accessories.
